SHIPPING POLICY

At VidaPeluda, we work to ensure that your orders arrive quickly, safely and in perfect condition. Below, you will find information about our shipping times, procedures and conditions.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within a maximum of 48 business hours after the purchase has been confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

In the event of an exceptional delay in preparing your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Times

We offer free shipping on all orders within the countries in which we operate.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain: 3–7 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as periods of high demand, logistical circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control.

Order Shipping Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your parcel is on its way.

During the delivery process, the shipping company may contact you directly if it needs to confirm any information or arrange delivery.

Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for being available to receive the order.

An order may be considered undeliverable for any of the following reasons:

  • The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

  • The carrier was unable to locate the recipient.

  • The customer did not respond to the carrier’s attempts to make contact.

In these circumstances:

  • The order may be reshipped once the correct information has been provided. An additional reshipping fee may apply.

  • Alternatively, a partial refund may be offered after deducting any shipping, administration and handling costs already incurred.

Customs Duties and Taxes

In most cases, no additional charges will apply to your shipment.

However, where customs duties, import taxes or other charges are imposed under local regulations, these costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, we recommend allowing a few additional days, as shipments may occasionally experience unexpected delays.

If the delay continues, please contact our customer support team and we will help you check the status of your shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, its delivery address can only be changed, or the order cancelled, if it has not yet been processed.

If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check whether the order can still be modified or cancelled.
